There is nothing going on in Brussels besides me being sick and can't get out of my bed. Jet-lag and being sick does not go well together. I am sleeping at all the wrong times and cannot seem to get that under control. I am hoping I can get back on track this weekend.
Anyway, since there is nothing going on over here, I thought I would update you on my house. Look at this:
Foundation all nice and neat:
and they even started framing!
Wow, they are moving fast! A slow economy works wonders on getting a house built in no time flat!

ReplyDeleteWow they are really moving fast. I did start a cooking blog. Here is the link:http://hinsonskitchen.blogspot.com/
ReplyDeleteI just started it so there are only a couple of things.
Are you serious? Foundation and framing... already? What is the total timeline for it? That is pretty impressive Tippa.
ReplyDeleteHoly Crap! That's amazing...
ReplyDeleteI can't believe they are already framing it! That is awesome!! I'm so glad your parents can take pictures to keep you updated on their progress.
ReplyDeleteNice. That is fast! I feel sorry for those guys today. It is going to be COLD.
ReplyDeleteI scrolled down and looked at what you are planning to build. It is beautiful!
My goodness this is fast! Feel better!
ReplyDeleteLove the new house - my mom and I went to look at some houses over off 64, past Wolfchase, but not in Oakland, and they were set up similarly - I love the whole rear entrance garage! She said because all contractors want work that houses, assuming weather is good, can be built in 60-75 days - which is truly amazing. Let me know where this new home is! Hope you feel better, too!
