That is the question of the day! Now that things are moving forward with my move to Brussels, I am faced with a tough decision....do I sell my house or rent it?
This is really tough...I think about the long term investment benefits with renting and they always say put your money in real estate...but then again, it would be nice to come home and find something new after 2 years and not have the headache of a rental.
Yikes, these are very grown up decisions that I am not really ready to make! I guess I have no choice, right? I must make a decision and pray it is the best one for me at this point in my life!
You know what...I think I am going to sell!
